Built on the Workshop Floor
Alan set up Avalon because he kept seeing the same problem: fleet customers passed between departments, quoted one thing and charged another, waiting days for a callback that never came.
Our technicians are Mercedes-Benz trained through the official Institute of the Motor Industry programme — but we service every light commercial vehicle on the road. Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Ford, Renault, Vauxhall. If it's a van, we work on it.
We're not a big dealership group. You ring us, you get Alan or one of the team. That's the point.
What We Actually Do
- —Fleet maintenance and repair. Scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and breakdown support for fleets of 1 to 50 vans.
- —Vehicle sales. Handpicked light commercial vehicles, each with a 150-point inspection before it leaves us. No finance, no part-exchange — just a fair price and a solid vehicle.
- —Car servicing. Full servicing and MOT preparation for cars of all makes — the same Mercedes-Benz trained standards we apply to fleet work.
- —Pre-purchase inspections. Buying from someone else? We'll check it over before you commit.
